Vince Dahlenburg


President / CEO


Vince has been with the company since its inception in 1982. His late father and mother, James & Patrice, founded the company in 1982, and Vince took over in 2000.

Eli Bates


Assistant Sales Manager


Eli has been with the company since 2025. He is a US Army veteran, having served tours in Afghanistan. He resides in Pearland, with his wife Meredith.

Sef has been with the company since 2005 and is in charge of all plant operations.

Kristy has been with the company since 2015 and is in charge of all office operations.

Michael Dahlenburg


Sales Manager



Michael started with the company in 1982 when in college, and worked here until attending law school in 1987. He went back to the practice of trial and corporate law from 2000 until 2020, when he decided to retire from law practice and join the company as its general counsel and vice president of sales. Mike has been in the military twice, once as a military policeman, and then as a JAG officer.
